Bulk User Manager documentation



Import, export, and manage users across ACC/BIM 360 projects. Autodesk access, Custom Integration, and verification.

## Required Autodesk Setup

-   Autodesk sign-in with the reviewer, operator, or account admin user
-   ACC/BIM 360 Account Admin adds the Barvinca APS Client ID as a Custom Integration
-   Account Administration permission granted for the integration

## Setup Sequence

1.  Sign in with Autodesk so Barvinca has a 3-legged user session.
2.  Copy the Barvinca APS Client ID: u1c753JAoD7qgeoHR158KcQIHhNMGpr5GaNYpBgw8iHBJdwA.
3.  Add that Client ID as a Custom Integration in ACC/BIM 360 Account Admin.
4.  Grant Account Administration permission. Document Management is not required for the current Bulk User Manager launch.
5.  Run Test from Profile when available. Dashboard should stop showing First run setup after Barvinca can access the account.

## Expected Auth Status

**3-legged user**Active after Autodesk sign-in.

**2-legged app**Barvinca uses its server-side app after the Custom Integration authorizes the Client ID.

**Custom integration**Barvinca's Client ID must be authorized in ACC/BIM 360 Account Admin.
