Barvinca is a hosted browser app for Autodesk Construction Cloud and BIM 360 administration. The current Marketplace launch focuses on Bulk User Manager.
Bulk User Manager is the only tool available in the current Autodesk Marketplace launch. Other internal or planned tools are not included in launch subscriptions.
New users receive 50 BRV for Bulk User Manager write execution. Discovery, dry-run previews, operation history, setup checks, and sync cost 0 BRV.
You need Autodesk sign-in and an ACC/BIM 360 Account Admin to add the Barvinca APS Client ID as a Custom Integration with Account Administration permission. You do not create an APS app or provide a Client Secret for normal Marketplace setup.
Continued write execution uses paid BRV subscription bundles, handled through support while automated checkout is not live.
Barvinca keeps its APS app secret server-side. Marketplace users copy only the public Barvinca Client ID into Autodesk Custom Integrations; they do not store or share an APS Client Secret with Barvinca.
Each team member signs in with their own Autodesk account. Your subscription is tied to your APS account ID, so everyone in your organization shares the same tier and tool access.
Bulk operations use server-side checkpoints. If a failure occurs, the operation pauses and can be resumed from where it left off. No work is lost. Check the operation history for details.
Barvinca works with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BIM 360. Both platforms use the same underlying APIs with minor differences in role naming and permission models.
Bulk User Manager includes CSV-oriented workflows for reviewing users and operation results.
The Marketplace launch is a browser app. Public programmatic API access is not part of the launch offer.
