# What to get, where to put it, and how to know Barvinca is ready. Setup guide Use this path before opening Bulk User Manager. It separates Marketplace review, customer administration, and day-to-day operator setup so nobody has to reverse-engineer the first run. Marketplace reviewers can inspect the offer and legal pages first. Customer administrators need ACC/BIM 360 account admin access. Operators can start after the admin adds Barvinca as a custom integration. Reviewer ### Marketplace review Open landing, pricing, legal, support, setup, and screenshot lightbox before sign-in. Sign in only when testing welcome CREDS access and the app shell. Administrator ### Customer setup Copy Barvinca's Client ID, add it as a Custom Integration in ACC/BIM 360 with Account Administration permission, then test the connection from Profile. Operator ### Daily usage Open Bulk User Manager, review account data, run dry-runs, then execute scoped changes within the available CREDS balance. First run ## Guided setup sequence. Do these steps in order. End users do not create an APS application and do not provide a Client Secret for the normal Marketplace setup. Barvinca APS Client ID `u1c753JAoD7qgeoHR158KcQIHhNMGpr5GaNYpBgw8iHBJdwA` Use this public identifier when ACC/BIM 360 asks for the app Client ID. The Client Secret stays on Barvinca's server and is not shared with customer admins. 1 ### Sign in Use the Autodesk account that should evaluate or operate Barvinca. Account admins should sign in with their admin identity. 2 ### Copy Client ID Copy the Barvinca APS Client ID shown above or on Profile. It is safe to copy because it is a public app identifier. 3 ### Add integration In ACC/BIM 360 Account Admin, add a Custom Integration named Barvinca Bulk User Manager and paste the Client ID. 4 ### Grant access Select Account Administration permission. Document Management is not required for the current Bulk User Manager launch. 5 ### Test and open Return to Profile, use the test button when available, then open Bulk User Manager and start with review or dry-run workflows. What you need ## Only one value is copied by the customer admin. Barvinca owns the APS application and keeps the app secret server-side. The customer admin authorizes the public Client ID inside their Autodesk account. **Barvinca APS Client ID** Source: this setup page or [Profile](/auth/login?redirect=/setup). Destination: Autodesk Custom Integration Client ID. **Client Secret** Never required from the customer. Barvinca manages its app secret server-side; do not create an APS app or share a Client Secret. **Required access** Select Account Administration for Bulk User Manager account administration. Reads, dry-runs, and writes use this authorized integration. **Account Admin access** Source: ACC or BIM 360 account permissions. Needed to add the Custom Integration and allow account admin API access. Ready checklist ## Before running a write operation. Discovery and dry-runs are the safe starting point. Writes should wait until sign-in, custom integration authorization, and project scope all look correct. **Autodesk sign-in works** You can open Dashboard and Profile without being sent back to sign-in. **CREDS balance is active** [Subscription status](/subscription/status) shows welcome CREDS or a paid subscription plan. **Barvinca Client ID is authorized** The Client ID is added in ACC/BIM 360 Account Admin for the target account or hub. **Profile test passes** Profile can test the Barvinca app connection after the integration is authorized. **Account data loads** Bulk User Manager can show users, projects, roles, and account context. **Dry-run succeeds first** Use preview/dry-run before writes. One write mutation costs 1 CREDS. Welcome access includes 50 CREDS total, never refreshes automatically, and allows 1 active write operation. Need a source of truth? ## Use official Autodesk pages when adding the Custom Integration. If Autodesk changes the UI wording, keep the same data mapping: copy Barvinca's Client ID into the Autodesk Custom Integration, grant Account Administration, and do not provide a Client Secret for normal Marketplace setup.
