1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how ФОП Ємельянов Дмитро Сергійович ("Barvinca", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Barvinca website, hosted web app, Autodesk Marketplace listing, support services, and related token-based workflows.
Barvinca is not an Autodesk product. Autodesk, Autodesk Platform Services, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, and related marks are owned by Autodesk, Inc.
2. Information We Collect
Account and contact information
We may collect your name, email address, company name, Autodesk account identifiers, role, support contact details, authentication/session metadata, and related account information.
Autodesk authorization and account data
When you connect Autodesk services or authorize Barvinca to perform workflows, we may process Autodesk OAuth tokens, Autodesk user identifiers, Autodesk account or hub identifiers, project identifiers, project names, user lists, roles, company information, folders, files, item metadata, issue/RFI/asset/submittal/checklist metadata, and other Autodesk Platform Services or Autodesk Construction Cloud data needed to perform the workflow you request.
Customer-provided APS credentials
Some workflows may require customer-provided APS Client ID and Client Secret values. When stored by the hosted service, these credentials are encrypted at rest and used only to perform customer-directed Autodesk API operations.
Workflow and usage data
We collect operational records such as dry-run previews, submitted operations, operation status, item-level results, retries, exports, audit logs, tool usage, timestamps, error reports, and service logs.
Marketplace and token-access data
If you start Barvinca through Autodesk Marketplace, Autodesk may send Barvinca a Marketplace notification containing fields such as transaction ID, app ID, item number, Autodesk buyer account, payment status, transaction type, language, and operating system selection. Barvinca uses this data to provision and manage token-based access.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and secure the Service.
- Authenticate users and manage sessions.
- Connect to Autodesk services on your instruction.
- Run dry-run previews and requested bulk operations.
- Show operation status, history, audit logs, and exports.
- Provision and manage welcome BRV balances and subscription bundles.
- Provide support and respond to privacy or security requests.
- Detect abuse, debug failures, prevent unauthorized access, and protect service reliability.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information.
We may share information with Autodesk when you direct Barvinca to access Autodesk APIs or when Autodesk Marketplace sends listing events; with infrastructure, hosting, security, logging, email, and storage providers used to operate Barvinca; with professional advisors, auditors, or legal authorities when required by law; and with a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

5. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy.
- Account records: while the account is active, then up to 90 days after account deletion unless a longer period is required by law or security needs.
- Autodesk tokens and stored APS credentials: until disconnected, deleted, expired, or no longer needed.
- Operation logs and audit records: up to 90 days for welcome-access users unless a longer retention period is agreed or required for security, compliance, or support.
- Support records: up to 2 years unless deletion is requested and no legal obligation requires retention.
- Backups and disaster recovery copies: deleted on normal backup rotation, generally within 30 days.
6. Security
Barvinca uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including HTTPS, access controls, encrypted credential storage, rate limiting, monitoring, and operational logging. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. International Transfers
Barvinca and its subprocessors may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
8. Your Choices And Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data. You may revoke Autodesk authorization through Autodesk account controls or by disconnecting Barvinca access where the app provides that control.
9. Children
Barvinca is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
