Before Any Write
- Always run preflight before executing — it catches wrong role names, missing users, and conflicts
- Use the Compare tab to audit differences between projects before transferring users
- The Roles view lets you bulk-change roles for everyone with a specific role
- Export to CSV first as a backup before making bulk changes
- Custom groups (Groups tab) are saved locally — use them to organize teams across projects
- The Compliance tab flags common issues: missing company names, too many admins, inactive users
