What Bulk User Manager Does

Bulk User Manager is the most comprehensive tool in the platform. It handles everything related to user management across your Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM 360 account: importing users from CSV, exporting current state, comparing project rosters, transferring users between projects, detecting duplicates, and running compliance audits.

  • Export all users across all projects to CSV
  • Import users from CSV with role mapping and validation
  • Add, remove, and update user roles through a visual changeset system
  • Compare user lists between projects to find differences
  • Transfer users from one project to another with role preservation
  • View users grouped by role, company, or custom groups

1. Setup GuideCopy Barvinca Client ID and authorize it in ACC/BIM 360. 2. Verify AccessCheck Autodesk sign-in and Barvinca app access. 3. Pick WorkflowAdd users, import CSV, transfer teams, or offboard users. 4. Execute SafelyUse changeset, preflight, BRV caps, and audit history.

Launch Boundaries

Marketplace launch access is intentionally focused on Bulk User Manager. Other planned Barvinca tools are not exposed in the launch subscription.
